Download the firmware to the PC you will access the firewall from.
Login to the firewall and back up the settings just in case by clicking on the Export settings button:
To actually upgrade, first you need to upload the firmware (1), create a backup (2), then boot with the new firmware and the backed up settings(3):
The reboot takes about 4 minutes to complete and you MUST NOT interfere with the browser window in any way - ie by clicking on links etc. Once complete your browser should return to the firewall login page.
