Infoflex and sometimes CMIS cause a job to get stuck in the CutePDF or MS Document Imaging queues (or one of the other 'pretend' printer queues)
This results in noticably slow performance and even a reboot will not resolve the issue.
You can see in Task Manager that the spooler is taking up lots of CPU time.
The solution is to remotely stop the spooler service, delete old jobs in the spool folder, then restart the spooler.
