1. Plug in a USB stick of sufficient capacity.
2. Run cmd as administrator - Vista or above.
3. Type diskpart
4. Type list disk and make note of which is the USB stick.
5. Type select disk X where X is the listed as your USB stick.
6. Type clean to clean the disk.
7. Type create partition primary to create a bootable partition.
8. Type select partition 1 to choose then type active to mark it active.
9. Type format fs=fat32 and wait.
10. Type assign then exit.
